Such an unfortunate ambiance!!! The noise from the hallway was unbearable, and the bathroom fixtures needed serious attention. A better luggage cart could prevent mishaps when loaded. More attention to cleanliness would go a long way!!!

Room size was a challenge for our family, especially with full beds and a rollaway. Moving to a suite solved our space issue perfectly. The breakfast attendant impressed us with her friendliness, making mornings enjoyable. Though the hotel had a few outdated aspects, the attentive staff made a positive impact on our stay.
